Great service, friendly staff, caring doctors and a good selection of frames. I love my visits here and am glad I found them after years of terrible experiences at places like LensCrafters, Clarkson, Target.

Dr. O’Brien is very welcoming, walked me through every step of the appointment, and explained my results and answered my questions in detail. The rest of the staff is also very welcoming and accommodating!

I've been going to Chippewa Eye Centre for a few years now. Dr. O'Brien is absolutely amazing. She is very patient and happy to explain any/everything. After moving 30+ minutes away, I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Everyone in the front is great, and Debbie always patiently helps me try on as many frames as I need to in order to find glasses that fit my smaller sized head. I highly recommend Chippewa Eye Centre!

Dr O’Brien was very friendly, funny, and took great care of my eyes. The staff is amazing as always, but this time went above and beyond. They made sure my glasses arrived before my big move. Everyone should go here.

Yesterday I stopped in for a simple repair. My sunglasses needed a screw. The woman who helped me was so nice right off the bat. She even warned me to hold the chair as I sat down because they glide on the floor surface very easily. She repaired my sunglasses right away without asking if I had been to Chippewa Eye Center before. She would not let me pay her stating "it was just a screw". She wouldn't let me bring her back Ted Drewes, and she refused a tip. She did it out of pure kindness and in the process gained a future loyal customer if I ever need new glasses!

I was setting up an appointment for my 5 year old and could not be more impressed by Brenda and Dr. O’Brien. They answered all of my questions so thoughtfully. I am so bummed that they don’t take my insurance. I liked them so much that I thought about paying out of pocket for his exam. Thank you both so much!

All of the staff members are absolute sweet hearts! It is a beautiful place and is very conveniently located. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of new lenses and frames, as there’s a wide variety of options.
